BPC 7.5 Post Installation - OSoft not working

Hello Experts,

We have installed BPC 7.5 but unable to bring up OSoft due to the following error.

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data
for the page is invalid.
