Hi everybody,
Our legacy is on BPC 7.0 SP 12 for MS, We will launch soon a new project on BPC 10.
Platform : Windows Server 2003 et MSQL 2005 Standard Edition
The system exists since 2010.
Recently, an error occurs sometimes when we process a dimension.
It’s not related to a specific dimension which could be be used or not in a cube .
For instance, an error messages
When processing dimension conv_map_acc_ncdf, it's not used in a cube
The file '\\?\E:\MSSQL.2\OLAP\Data\master.vmp' could not be opened. Please check the file for permissions or see if other applications locked it
When processing dimension NC : it's used in a cube
The file '\\?\E:\MSSQL.2\OLAP\Data\SSEC_PROD.0.db\NC.0.dim\1.NC_H2_FORMUA6.khstore’ could not be opened. Please check the file for permissions or see if other applications locked it
We have checked that the files exists and their no problem with the permissions.
The SSAS Olap Service stops when the error occurrs.
We have to restart the SSAS Service and than we can process the dimension
May someone meet this kind of problem ?
