EPM Addin Error

Hi Experts,

I have successfully installed SAP BPC version for microsoft, i installed my EPM Addin.

When i try to log in i get the errors below;

what do i have to put in the URL Column?

How do i get a successfully connection to EPM Add in?

Please urgent solution will be appreciated.
