Using BPC 7.5 MS version.Struggling to grant a user access to a new application.

Hi

I have created an application in BPC 7.5 sp8 MS version.I want a specific user to be able to see the application on the list under the AppSet when they want to access it.

The name of the Application I created is FUSION under the AppSet Sustainability.Now the only applications on the list that I see if I try to login are the other old ones but this one does not load.

When I log on the admin console,the application (Fusion) is there.
