Has anyone ever had a problem when trying to install the Excel Add-in client on a user's PC? We have a particular user who can download the software from the Client Software Center but when the installation process starts he sees the below screen:

Is there anything I can check i.e. browser settings, excel settings? We have been able to successfully install the admin client on the same PC, just not the Excel Add-In.
