Limit Accounts to Journal Postings (EnableJRN)

Hi Experts,

In the 7.5 MS version there was a property available EnableJRN - to limit accounts  for Journals.  This was helpful to prevent users from posting to specific accounts.

I tried it to setup in 10.1 and it doesn’t work.  All Accounts are available.

The Help for 10.1 does not mention it as a feature.

Anyone have this requirement and found a way to limit the accounts in Journals?
