We are working on BPC 10.0 M Sp17, SQL Server 2008 R2 Sp3, EPM sp19 Patch1.
We have a EPM template and noticing an issue where it takes more time to refresh/submit for the first time and after that it is faster, the template is calling the default logic and Store Procedure is getting called from logic. On investigation of issue for the longer time taken for the first time, we have noticed on submission that there is a delay between the log start time and stored procedure start time in DebugLogic log file, the delay of appx 40-45 secs.
We have consultants working and they have pointed that the reason for delay between log start and stored procedure start is might be BPC COM+
object being idle too long and is asleep before getting waken up.
Is there any known issue to BPC SP17 on BPC COM+ being idle? I would like to know if there is any configuration on the server side
to tweak BPC server idle time-out during installation.
Please Advise.
