Comment not recognised as local member

Hi,

I attach a very simple report where I' trying to create a local member containing a comment. Although the local member recongnition is on, it's not recognised as such. However, if I in the same cell enter a formula, it's treated as a local member. It doesn't matter if I in the epmcomment formula refer to members in the report; it's still not recognised.

Anyone else came across this? (We're on v10 MS, SP13)
