After installing a BPC 10.0 SP20 server, I am having an issue with the BPC related services(BPC SendGovernor, BPC ServiceManager) not starting. Even worse they are not even created:
I have granted the admin account (bpcsystemadmin) rights to log on as a service in the local security policy as per the installation guide, and tried restarting th server, but still no luck.
What causes this?
