Using FireFox for process flow

Hi,

I can use FireFox (v 47.00) to open a process and see the individual steps. However, when I click on an item to open an Excel schedule I get this message:

I do not get this when using IE / Edge.

Is it possible to use FF? And if so, ho do I proceed from here?
