Application incorrect when 'Run Package' is executed

We are facing some inconsistency issue during switching between
applications.It seems that the sometimes after switching between
applications,the 'Run Package' still displays the previous
application.

Example: During a switch between 'Financials' to 'Revenue'. Even
though the main screen displays Revenue, the 'Run Package' displays Financials.

Have anyone here encountered this issue here before?
