Empty cache or old data. Click refresh to retrieve data Error

Hi,

We have an EVDRE that was developed in v7 but works fine after a few tweaks in v10 MS.  When we go to click our Button to send the data in, we get the following message that pops up: "Empty cache or old data.  Click refresh to retrieve data Error"

We click ok, and then the template does seem to submit the data correctly, but we need to figure out how/why this happens and prevent it.

Any ideas/thoughts/history with this, and recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
