Data Manager menu items disabled!!

Hi Experts,

We are working on BPC 7.5M sp04 and upgrading to BPC 7.5M Sp11, I have run the BPC 7.5M Sp11 binary and then run the sp11 Patch5 executable. After this I am seeing that DataManager menu items are disabled (screen-shot below).

I am loggod in with BPC Admin Id with "System Admin" task profile and Admin member access profile (having read/write access) so I don't look

any issue with security.

Please Advice what can be the cause of Data manager menu items getting disabled.
