After Install SAP BPC 10 MS, CREATE AREA is not able

Hi All.

 

I'm having some issues after SAP BPC10MS installation, it finished without problems, even if I make a diagnostic in the SERVER MANAGER it successfully finish with no errors.

 

Then I go throughout http://MYSERVER/SAP/BPC/WEB and it works successfully, but I´m not able to see the CREATE AREA, then I install the CLIENT and EPM ADD-IN (EPMEXCLCLNT13P_1-10011004) and after these steps the CREATE AREA is not able again.

 

Do you know if I'm missing some configuration step to get the CREATE AREA available?

 

Another issue is that after the EPM add-in installation, the Links for Excel, Word and PowerPoint are not able in the LAUNCH AREA at the webpage level and neither appears in the ACTION PANE for the Admin Client, however if I open microsoft excel directly I'm able to log me in the Environment Shell.

 

How can I integrate these links in the LAUNCH AREA after the EPM add-inn installation?

 

Additional Information, I'm ussing:

- SAP BPC Version. 10.0.9.0.

- Internet Explorer 9.

- Windows:

      - Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1

      - Processor: Dual-Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 2220 2.79ghz.

      - RAM: 1.52 GB.

      - System type: 64-bit Operating system.

- SQL Server 2008 64 bits.

- Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 64 bits.

- EPM Add-IN BIG VOL EPMEXCLCLNT13P_1-10011004
