Processind dimension fails with message(you cannot save this workbook with the same name)

I have this use who keeps getting this error message.

"You cannot save this workbook with the same name as another workbook or add-in.Choose a different name ,or close the other workbook or add-in before saving.

What he is trying to do is update and process a dimension.This message pops up everytime he presses on "PROCESS DIMENSION"

To avoid this,how can one get rid of sir.Could it simply be resolved by closing all other un0named exel files o reven names exvel fuileds.\
