Currently have a multi-server installation on windows server 2008 R2 for all web and SQL servers.
All is configured for the Management Console as the BPCLog table is being populated with log in details from each of the web servers, we have recently just given our BPC Admin team rights on the Database so that they can view the necessary information via the Management console.
However the only part which does not work for them is the BPC Logging section which is on the menu on the left hand side, when they click on the Logging button it prompts them for a username and password. They enter their domain credentials which are the ones they use to access the Admin console and a message comes back saying "User does not have access". We have found the only account which can log into this section of the management console is the SysAdmin account. Not even the BPC Admin or User account can log in.
Could you please help in directing me to what needs to be changed to allow our BPC Admin team access to the BPC Logging section in the Management console for 7.5.
