Status change

I am on MS 7.0

I have a situation, where i need to seggregate the load file(csv) based on the workstatus which is unlocked or approved.

being  manual seggregation , very streneous.

Is there a simple way to achieve this .

While I upload using the DM package import , the data file with all the approved and unlocked data , the upload fails though i set the radio button to check workstaus.
