Hello everyone.
I'm writing because we have a little problem with BPC Excel deployed on Citrix (7.0M SP04 Patch 4). It happens that in some clients the users log in to Excel and just before the "Ready" state they receive the error message "2147024894 - Unable to open registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\Personal" for reading (of course the key does exist).
If they click "OK" on the error message, EvDRE doesn't work, giving the message "Object variable or with block variable not set".
The problem is workstation-specific, so the same user can access BPC Excel via Citrix from another workstation. Moreover, if we use the client installed on the local machine, BPC Excel works fine.
Do you have any hint about this?
