I am facing an issue with work status in SAP BPC 7.5 MS
Assume the following heirarchy maintained in the Entity Dimension ( which is Owner Dimension for Work status).

| Notrh America | World | BPCUSER2 |
| US | North America | BPCUSER3 |
| 10001 | US | BPCUSER4 |
Also at Application Set level. the Work status is mainatined for mannual input ( input schedule) as: if Status is Submiited then only Manager should able to enter data.
So now consider, if 1001 is in submitted state then BPCUSER3, BPCUSER2 and BPCUSER1 should able to enter data and only BPCUSER4 should not able to enter data. If US is in Submitted State, then BPCUSER3 and BPCUSER4 should not able to send data and BPCUSER2 and BPCUSER1 should able to.
But the issue is, here though US is in Submitted state, BPCUSER3 is also allowed to enter data.
Can any one please help, why BPCUSER3 can enter data?
