BPC 10 Fiscal Year Change in Time Dimension

Dear gurus, we have been asked to change our reporting from a calendar year to an April-March fiscal year. I was told this should not be difficult and that i should just be able to change the Time dimension to reflect April as period 1 under 2015. I moved April 2014 through March 2015 under Year 2015 and changed the year for these months to 2015 and renumbered the MonthNum property accordingly. I subsequently loaded April data and ran a report. I can see that April is no longer under 2014, and can see the April amounts. However, when I set Time as 2015 Member and Base Level, it only show's April data and no longer subtotals it for 2015. In fact If I just bring in 2015 Total, I get nothing. Are there any guides or best practices to this type of a change? If the year is 2015, does April now become 2015.Apr instead of 2014.Apr although in actuality it is still calendar 2014?
