SAP BPC 10 (MS) : Dimension members not appearing in XLS client

Hi,

We are implementing SAP BPC 10 (MS) on Sp12 and are facing an issue below two issues:

1.     when we create dimensions from the Wed Admin client in a Model, sometimes, dimensions dont appear at all in the XLS client, sometimes they appear after 2-3 hours.

2.     Similarly, when we add members to dimensions, they appear in the XLS client after 2-3 hours, next day, etc.,

We are not clear why this is happening. Requesting help.
