Error in refresh sheet SAP BPC 10 MS

Hi experts,

We have two excel input schedules which are not working when we have open other inputs schedules, the error is "Error in Refresh Sheet" error when I click on Refresh button.

We have installed EPM Addin SP 15.2.

I test with this options But continue the same error.

1) Reinstall EPM Addin.

2) Delete functions EPMDimensionOverride and EPMRetrievedata.

3) Delete Conection Cache.

4) Delete Metadata Cache.

5) Protect and Unprotect Workbook and Worksheet on Excel and EPM Addin

Any experience for this error?
