Hi
This morning when accessing one of our models we received the below message:

Clik here to view.
- We only receive the error when accessing one specific model. All other models can be accessed.
- All users experience the issue
- We have previously been able to access the model (yesterday) - no changes have been made to access profiles.
- We have tried clearing the meta data cache, but it doesn't solve the problem (OSS note: 1759794 - EPM General Error - Index was out of range)
- We have processed (full) all dimensions within the model succesfully
- We have modified and optimized the relevant model
- The model can be accessed from the web e.g. reports
- The scheduled data manager packages within the model are still running according to tbldtslog table
- User folder, located \users\xxxx\AppData\Local\EpmOfficeClient\, has been deleted and thus regenerated when logging on
- When migration the existing solution from BPC 7.5 to BPC 10 we encountered the same problem, and were only able to fix it by re-creating the entire model with new dimensions. That however does not seem to have cured the issue, as it now has appeared again. Moreover it isn't an option going forward as all the migration work in terms of SSIS packages, drill throughs, data integration etc. have been completed and tested successfully.
Additionally the EPM log returns the below information - it seems be some sort of Metadata Cache issue

If you have any useful suggestions on how to fix the issue it will be very much appreciated!
Thank you
