BPC 7.5 MS Prim Admin access without Define Security task?

Hi Experts,

  I have searched everywhere and I have yet to find an answer to this question for the MS verison of BPC 7.5.  Is there any way to create a Primamry Admin task profile that does not include DefineSecurity task?  As you all probably know, Define Security is a default task when Primary Admin option is selected.  We are looking to create a primary admin task profile totally independent of security tasks ensuring that a person with developer rights cannot modify security in any way.
