BPC 10 MS where the reports gets saved on server

Hi Experts

We are having performance issue in BPC 10 MS version SP9 and its taking 2 min to save or open report..

where this reports/input template get saved in BPC 10 MS..we are accessing BPC via citrix..

I am not experience in BPC MS version so need your help, also is there any tool/guide which will help to debug the performance issue in MS version!!
