BPC 10 MS Installation

Hi SAP Support,

This is my first time to install BPC 10 SP4 in single server. When I was installing it, the system inform me the message "BPC SendGovernor could not start as service". I have configured Admin user as the admin Group and define the log on as a service. I do not why after the installation done and would like to run BPC diagnostic using BPC Server Manager, I saw the red cross at BPC SendGovernor and BPC ServiceManager.

Please SAP Support and Gurus to advise me, I will appreciate your information.
