Hi, experts
We are facing up some kind of trouble. We enter at Journal Manager Query in order to chek our journals, and we select the parameters desired as usual (entity = 1000, posted, etc...). Once we click on the "Execute Query" button, the Journal Interface appears at the bottom of the screen but i cannot see it. If i click on it, it does not change the view and i cannot see it on my screen, is as if it remains blocked and i cannot change my window even clicking on it several times (I do not know if i made miselfd clear). It's as following:
So, it appears at the bottom of the screen, but i cannot see even clicking on it several times, it remains blocked.
I have to higlight the follwoing:
-It is not a problem of the user or security parameters, because the same user in another computer is avaialble and the problem does not occur.
-It just happens on the same computer, but previously it used to work perfectly.
So, we have the suspicion that it is due to some computer's configuration.
