I have an issue with excel input templates. It is not completely related to BPC. But I thought of posting here thinking someone could have faced similar issue while using BPC.
Issue is...
I have input template saved on my machine( 64 bit machine) and there is an user(32 bit OS) trying to open that input template and getting error as soon as he opens that template.. "Could not load an object because it is not available....". I googled it and found some blogs suggesting to re register mscomctl.ocx and I did that but no use.
Is there anyone who faced this issue? Please let me know.
