EPM Formatting mass users

Hi all,

We have EPM 10 MS and once users create a new report, the report has no formatting set.  Unless users manually enable and set dynamic formatting, is there another way to set formats to users without them manually entering themselves?

In 7.5, when opening a report, we already had a color combination set without enabling the formatting range.  I would have assumed that EPM 10 would have something similar.
