Cannot Login to Admin Client: BPC 10 MS

Hi All,

I am new to BPC, I have installed BPC on MS version 10.0

While trying to log into Admin Client, it does not allow me to login.

I get teh below error :

I have attached the Server manager diagnostics, to indicate that all the components  have been sucessfully install except Access DB

To keep the installation simple, I used the default administrator account of windows, and where ever it asked me to enter the username and password, i used the same account

Could you guys please help me on this?
