Hi,
I am trying to create an Excel sheet with a report that shows information from both my Ownership and Consolidation model.
I started with a report from the Ownership model which has Time, Category and Entity in rows and Ownaccounts in columns. The report should show the current context time member, the current context category member and all base level entities. In columns I want two specific members from the ownaccount dimension. The user running the report should also select a member from the consoscope dimension. The report is also sorted by one of the two ownaccounts and includes a vlookup as a local member.
The second report shares the row axis and shows two members from the account dimension used in the consolidation model.
So far this report works fine. What I would like now is to hide all rows for which there is no information in the ownership model.
Example:
group = WholeGroup
percentage method profit equity
E1 100 100 456 1000
E2 100 86 225 975
E3 75 86 347 2100
E4 30 20 125 500
group = SubGroup
percentage method profit equity
E1 100 100 456 1000
E2 100 86 225 975
E3 75 86 347 2100
E4 125 500
In that second case (group = SubGroup) I would like the report to hide the entry for E4 as it does not belong to the selected group dimension member. In the sheet options I have set empty rows to be hidden. However, since E4 has data in the consolidation model the row is still shown. Is there a way to hide it?
Thanks,
Arnold
