Hope some of you guys and girls can enlighten me, what is the logic behind setting up workstatus.
From my point of view this is used for closing down data areas, so these doesn't change, when the month end process is finalized.
In the Backend administration client, I have set up a workstate "Closed", where I have locked in data management. For May my data has this status. When I run the DM package Clear, I can clear the data in May regardless of the workstatus settings..
I cannot understand why this feature is possible.. From my point of view this is an error in BPC.
I know, that I can manipulate the DM package, so it forces a workstatus check, but this has not been set as standard, when BPC is installed..
I'm running on BPC MS 10 SP 7..
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
